The Catholic University of S.H. participates in the multidisciplinary research from the law’s perspectives, mainly exploring the impact of politicisation on the implementation of integrity and transparency measures in the Italian public administration,
The analysis will focus on the governance mechanisms of corruption and in outcomes of anticorruption strategies at subnational, national and international level, with a special focus on public procurement and transparency reforms.
It will also allow a systematic data gathering, including the collection of big data on public procurement and administrative transparency.
The research will privilege the analysis and the evaluation of the adaptive response of the “patient” (the public administration), either at individual or organizational level, mainly looking at internal governance mechanisms of corruption, at the organizational failure and adaptive change of political actors.
